Do you work outside Monument, Black Forest and Northern Colorado Springs? 
Yes. The north end is home and where we focus, but our personal and professional experience runs the length of the Front Range and into the mountains. We’ve bought and sold a wide range of property types up and down the Front Range, for ourselves and for our clients. Many of those clients come back to us, selling in one city and buying in another, or adding a vacation home in the mountains. Colorado expects brokers to work only where they’re competent, and that breadth of experience is why we can take on those moves with the same footing we have here, much like our work with land. If you’re moving out of state, we’ll connect you with a trusted agent there through our referral networks.

Can you help me figure out what to do with my land? 
Yes. We'll walk the property with you and talk through your options, from selling as-is to splitting it. If you plan to subdivide and sell, we can guide the whole process, with that guidance offered as part of listing and selling the new lots.

Do you help with 1031 exchanges? 
Yes. We've completed exchanges ourselves and helped clients through them. We coordinate the sale and replacement purchase around the 45-day and 180-day deadlines, working with your qualified intermediary and tax advisor.

Can you represent me with a builder? 
Yes. Most builders require your agent to be with you, or registered, on your first visit, so reach out before you tour a model home.

Do you work with military buyers and sellers? 
Yes. We regularly help service members relocating to or from the Air Force Academy, Peterson, Schriever and Fort Carson, including VA financing and buying from a distance.

Will I work with you directly?
