I stopped by a property earlier today (more on that one later 👀), and the views definitely didn’t disappoint — our sign in the foreground and Pikes Peak standing tall in the distance. Hard to beat that backdrop.

While I was in the area, I also swung by the new entry taking shape for Flying Horse North along Black Forest Road. If you haven’t seen it yet, the progress out there is impressive. That whole corridor continues to evolve.

And on the way home… the real local welcoming committee made an appearance. 🦃

A lone turkey decided it was the perfect moment to cross Stagecoach Road and rejoin the rest of the flock just up the street from our place. Just another normal day in the neighborhood.
